Prof. Chen is the supervisor of Yu during Postdoc in USA at NIH. Currently, he is the Nasrat Muzayyin Chair Professor in NUS. He was promoted to Associate Professor in 2008. He then moved to NIH in 2009 and became a Senior Investigator and Chief of the Laboratory of Molecular Imaging and Nanomedicine (LOMIN) at the National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering (NIBIB), NIH. Chen has published over 1000 peer-reviewed papers (H-index: 173, total citations > 110,000 based on google scholar on Sept 20, 2022) and numerous books and book chapters. He is the founding editor of journal “Theranostics” (IF = 11.600 based 2022 Journal Citation Report).
